Does it work without a connection?

Yes, after the first download.

Which languages can I learn?

Finnish, Korean, or English, with meanings in English, Korean, French, Arabic, or Finnish.

Do I have to change my wallpaper?

No. Use the widget, or just open the app.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

Yes. Export a backup file from your profile and import it on the other phone.

What permissions does it need?

Internet, plus notifications if you turn on reminders. No camera, microphone, location, or contacts.

Will it teach me a language on its own?

No. It builds vocabulary alongside whatever else you are doing.

Practice or check-in?

Practice is untimed and keeps your words fresh. A check-in is a timed test, one per stop, that opens the next stop on your map.
